For anything about using Matiks — a form that is not behaving, a question about your plan or billing, an account you cannot get into — write to support@matiks.io. Tell us which workspace it is about and what you expected to happen, and include a link to the form or page if there is one.
Enterprise and larger organisations
Enterprise is priced for your organisation rather than from a list, and starts with a conversation. Write to sales@matiks.io with roughly how many sites or programmes you run and what you need from us.

Privacy
How we handle your data, and how to ask about it, is in the privacy policy. To delete your account, there is a page that explains what is deleted and what stays with the workspace.
