Forms
A form that looks like you meant it.
Build it one question at a time, put a video on the cover, restyle the whole thing from one panel and publish it in 20 languages. Each answer lands on a record, and in your spreadsheet if you want it there.
20 languages, right-to-left included
Build it, style it, translate it, ship it.
The four things you do to a form, at the size you do them.
Build
Type / where you want the question. Pick one and it lands there.
Design
Pick a colour once. Buttons, highlights and answer boxes follow it.
Translate
Pick a language and the whole form is in it. Fix any line by hand.
Publish
One link on your own address. Edits wait in the draft until you say so.
Every kind of question, filed by what you want to know.
The palette is grouped by the answer you are after, not by what the input is called.
Text and contact
Short and long text, number, email, phone, URL, and an address that completes itself as they type.
Choices
Dropdown, multiple choice, checkboxes, and a rank question for putting a list in order. Add an Other that people can type into.
Uploads and marks
A file, a photo, a signature drawn on the page, a star rating. A signed form ends on a page that shows the signature and asks for consent.
Layout
Headings, paragraphs, callouts and dividers. The parts of a page that are not questions.
Groups and repeaters
Keep related fields together, or let someone add another sibling, another course, another line.
Conditions
Show a question because of an answer above it. Nobody reads a page that is not about them.
One panel restyles the whole form.
Colour, type, the shape of the button and where the picture sits. Change it once and every page follows.
Your colours
One primary for buttons and highlights. Separate colours for the question, the answer and the card behind them.
Your type
A curated set of faces. Size and align the title and the questions independently.
A cover, placed
Left, right, behind or above, at the split you choose, dimmed to taste and focused on the part of the picture that matters.
Two logos, one of them moving
Up to two marks side by side. Either can be a Lottie file instead of a still.
Buttons
Sharp, rounded or pill, in a colour of their own, with the label in a colour of its own. The corner radius carries to the answer boxes.
Saved and reused
Keep a theme at workspace level and point the next form at it.
Give people something to read.
A form is a page before it is a questionnaire. It can hold what a page holds.
Video
Drop a video into the form or beside it. It is served through Stream, so it plays on a phone on a weak connection.
Images
As a block in the flow, as the cover behind the questions, or as the answer someone uploads.
Animations
Lottie files, inline or as the logo, with their colours bound to the theme.
Endings
The last page is a document, written in the same editor as the cover: a thank-you, a button back to the start, a link to edit the response.
Every response, somewhere useful.
The Connect tab links a form to the tools you already use. No export step, no copy and paste.
- Google SheetsEach response becomes a row as it arrives. The ones you already collected are written in first, and a new question becomes a new column.
- RecordsMap any answer to a column on the person’s record. Five mapped questions land on one row, matched on their email.
- EmailGet a message when a new response comes in, or hand it to a workflow and let the workflow decide.
One form, 20 languages.
Write it once. Translate the whole form in a pass, then correct any line by hand. The machine gets you a draft; you make the call.

Translated in a pass
Every question, description, option and button, sent together so the wording holds across the form.
Yours to correct
Every string is editable afterwards. A programme name that should have stayed in English is one field, not a re-run.
The buttons too
Next, Submit, Required and the sign-in page already speak every language on the list, so a form reads right before anything is translated.
Right to left
Arabic, Hebrew and Persian lay the form out from the right. The whole page, not just the text.
A form is the front door.
What comes through it lands next to everything else in the workspace.
Build the first one before lunch.
Start from a template or an empty page. Either way it is a link by the end of it.
