About
About Matiks
Matiks is one workspace for structured intake, approvals and the follow-up in between — the forms people fill in, the records they become, and the work that happens next.
What Matiks is
Most of a working day goes to chasing work rather than doing it. A request arrives by email, the details are in a form, the person is in a spreadsheet, the next step is in somebody’s head and the file is in somebody’s downloads. Matiks keeps those in one place.
A form, published in any of 20 languages, is the front door. Every response becomes a record your team works from. Workflows run what should happen next — an email, a wait, an approval, a filled PDF — and sequences follow up until somebody answers. Email goes from your own mailbox and lands on the record it was about, and files go out on share links to people who will never make an account.
Alongside that sit tasks, meetings and Teammates: always-on agents that work inside the workspace, take on a chore and bring back what needs your call.
Who it is for
Teams whose work starts with somebody filling something in and continues for weeks afterwards: programme and school coordinators running enrolment and applications, operations teams handling requests and approvals, and anyone who still has to produce a particular PDF at the end of it.
The job is the same whether it is a summer programme or a contractor’s onboarding — intake, a decision, the paperwork, the follow-up — and Matiks is built for that job rather than for one industry.
Priced per site, not per seat
A workspace is one programme, school or site. Matiks charges for workspaces and for what they can do, never for the people in them: every plan has unlimited seats, the Free plan included. Intake and approvals involve many people a little, and a tool that charges for each of them ends up holding only part of the work.
Free covers one workspace and is free for good; the paid plans start at $29 a month, and Enterprise is priced in a conversation.
How we write about it
Everything on this site describes something the product does today. There are no testimonials, customer logos or usage numbers here, because we would rather show you the product than ask you to take somebody else’s word for it. Where a plan includes something that is not built yet, the pricing page says "Soon" beside it.
Get in touch
Questions about the product, a plan, or something that is not working — the contact page has the addresses, and the help center answers most of them first.
