Writing email in Matiks

Everywhere you write email in Matiks is the same composer — from a record, a list, the Results tab or a workflow. It fills variables from whatever you are writing about, keeps a draft per row when you are working through a list, and pins open while you navigate.

• Variables insert from the toolbar and resolve per recipient.
• Closing a composer with text in it saves a draft; nothing is lost to a mis-click.
• Attach files from your library or straight from Google Drive, where a Drive file becomes a chip in the body.
• Signatures render properly in the activity feed, not as a wall of markup.

Where sent email lives

Every email composed anywhere lands on the Emails page, with its delivery status, and links back to the record or list it was about.
