Completed and partial responses
Two chips split the table, and each state shows the columns that matter.
The Results table opens on Completed. Two chips at the top — Completed and Partial, each with a live count — switch which responses you are looking at.
What Partial shows
A partial response is someone mid-way through the form. Instead of the Submitted column, partials show last activity, progress, and any email captured so far — the three things you need to decide whether to chase.
Page loads where nothing was answered are not responses and never appear; a person who opened the link and left is not a row to wade through.
