Automate what happens after a submission

The Workflow tab is a canvas of connected cards: a trigger on the left, actions after it. Build the flow by dragging connections between blocks, then publish it from Draft to Live.

• Send email uses the same composer you write every other email in, variables included.
• An If block routes a run down a True or a False path based on the response.
• An Approval action pauses the run until a person approves it.
• "Added to a list" can also start a flow, so list membership drives automation.
